1. Direct all its efforts towards growth and profits obtained through excellent earnings with higher profitability, accepting the commitment to control its costs through deploying available resources with rigor and discipline, allowing attractive remuneration on the investments made by its shareholders.

2. Establish, disseminate and update its organizational values and guidelines through the personal commitment of its Directors, maximizing their performances and directing their actions towards conducting the organization to a position of leadership while boosting its market value.

3. Contribute to the growth of its staff through personal and professional development, encouraging the full use of the potential of the people constituting its workforce, in addition to providing conditions that enhance their value, well-being and motivation.
